Ron fell in love with Mosaic Art during a stint at an army base during training.  

"I could not get over the immense feeling of the beauty of mosaics in the classic style and how it affected me when I first laid eyes on drawings and photos", says Ron.  

He promised himself someday to give that a try, and then, more than half century later, he leapt into the pit of glass, ceramic and porcelain shards and gave it a shot.  

With the help of the entire group of mosaic artists at CMA Ron found the help and the teaching he needed to succeed in getting mosaics built.
