Kathy often said that art was waiting to burst out of her, but she was too busy in her career to explore or practice.  Nearing retirement, she took an art class and found her passion.  A self-taught mosaic artist, Kathy specializes in 3D sculptures, using vintage and modern costume jewelry, china, pottery, glass, and found objects to create her works.

Her favorite subjects are cats, dogs, and birds … seen in creations that are whimsical, colorful, and make you smile!
