Sandi's mosaic journey began in 2024 when she had the idea of creating a memorial piece for mother. She started with premade kits, progressed to taking in person classes from various artist in Colorado, Chicago, and Michigan. She has  also taken on-line mosaic classes. In person classes are her favorite as they allow her to receive real time feedback from practicing artists.

Sandi is grateful to be a member of Colorado Mosaic Artists, saying it has  been essential to her mosaic journey and allows her to interact with so many talented and inspiring artists.
