Teresa is a self-taught artist and has worked in a variety of art techniques: painting, collage, jewelry, bead making, drawing, and mosaic. Her favorite medium of all is glass mosaic. "Glass is so wonderful to work with because of its lustrous shine, rich coloring and dazzling iridescence," she says.

She loves having the ability to illustrate everything from natural landscapes to portraits in the form of glass. Texture is also a frequent theme in her art, as she believes it adds excitement to each piece. It invites the viewer in and gives them something new to discover every time they look at one of her works.

Most importantly, Teresa strives to glorify God in all of her artwork. She takes great pleasure in depicting in her own rendition the natural beauty that already surrounds us.
